Please, read the rules of accommodation in our hotel

Guarantee of reservation and protection against duplication of reservation:
In order to guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 33% of the total amount for your stay must be paid within 48 hours of booking, but no later than the date of accommodation. When reservations are made during an official holiday payment must be made on the first business day after the holiday. “Dom Mladenovi” reserves the right to cancel reservations for which the deposit has not been paid on time and place the room for resale.
Cancellation of reservations:
Upon cancellation or change of а reservation up to 14 days before the date of check-in – the deposit will be refunded in full, less any bank transfer fees required for the refund.
Upon cancellation or change of reservation between 7 and 14 days prior to the date of check in, the deposit will not be refunded, but may be used for a future reservation.
Upon cancellation of the stay less than 7 days prior to the date of check in, the deposit will not be refunded as we cannot guarantee occupancy at such short notice.
Cancellation or change of а reservation is made in writing and must be confirmed in writing by the hotel.
The names on reservations can be changed without penalties.
We offer transfer from and to Bourgas airport (BOJ) in an air-conditioned car. Price: 75 BGN each way for up to 4 people with moderate amounts of luggage. Special arrangements can be made for larger groups. Please, contact us for more information.
We offer room cleaning every day in the hours between 08:00 and 15:00. If a «Do not disturb» sign is still present on the door by 15:00, the room will be cleaned the responsible for damage or theft of vehicles parked near the hotel.
Secure, paid parking is available at the Port – 10 min. walk from our home and at the Stadium – 7 min. walk from our home.
Free internet is available in the hotel. You can get the WiFi password at reception.
If you would like to check-out late or to extend your stay, please contact us as soon as possible to check availability. Late check-out is until 16:00 and is charged at 50% of the room rate. Check-outs after 16:00 are charged at the daily rate for the room. Note that the room available for late check-out may be different than the one you used for your main stay.
We can prepare breakfast in the panoramic roof-top dining room for an additional charge. This should be arranged at the reception no later than the previous day. Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30.
We offer the use of a washing machine located on the same or adjacent floor as your room. There is an additional charge for the use of the washing machine, per load. Laundry service can be arranged separately.
Alcoholic beverage policy:
Bulgarian legislation prohibits the use of alcohol by guests under 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate a guest’s stay due to disorderly conduct that may be the result of alcohol consumption.
In compliance with Bulgarian legislation, Dom Mladenovi has a non-smoking policy in all interior spaces of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, dining areas and corridors. Designated smoking areas are posted within the hotel’s open areas, such as in the yard or on the balconies. Smoking of non-tobacco products is strictly forbidden and will result in termination of a guest’s stay.
In order to maintain good hygiene in the guest rooms, please prepare and use your own food and drinks in the dining room on the top floor or in the kitchen area in the yard. Our apartments with kitchen also have the necessary amenities for preparation of food.
External access policy (non-hotel guests):
To maintain a secure and quiet environment for all our guests, the access and stay of visitors who are not registered with the hotel is forbidden. Friends of our guests staying elsewhere can meet them freely in the yard.
We are polite, smiling, and kind with our guests and expect them to behave in a similar way with us and with the other guests. The comfort of all guests during their stay is our top priority. Playing loud music, using loud voice or offensive language, running on the stairs or in the hallway, jumping on the floor or on the beds are a few examples of behavior that disrupts the pleasant stay of our guests. We reserve the right to terminate a guest’s stay due to disorderly conduct. We also reserve the right to charge repair fees to guests who intentionally or negligently cause damage to the hotel interior or furnishings. If these damages are discovered after the guest leaves, the hotel reserves the right to contact the tour operator or other authorities for further assistance.
Please comply with the following general rules:
- Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult and not left unattended.
- Climbing along the fence, chairs and tables, as well as hanging on the rails in the corridor and the dining room is forbidden.
- All guests are required to comply with the rules, guidelines, and specific requests by the staff.
For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
The hotel has a small adjacent area where cars can be parked free of charge for hotel guests, subject to the availability of parking spaces. Adjacent street parking is also available, but scarce during the months of July and August. The hotel is not responsible for the damage.
The hotel does not take responsibility for any services provided by third parties to guests.
“Dom Mladenovi” house provides a centralized metal safe to store valuables and travel documents during your stay. Its use is free of charge, please ask at the reception. The hotel is not responsible for any valuables, documents, or money left unsecured outside the safe, both in the rooms and in the common areas.
“Dom Mladenovi” is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings. Items found in the room after a guest leaves will be stored for 30 (thirty) calendar days and arrangements can be made for them to be sent to their owner.
After this period the items will be discarded or donated to a local charity.
Complaints, refunds, and damages:
Any comments or complaints regarding the stay must be made to the owner during the stay so that the matter can be resolved in a timely manner. The costs for repairing damages caused consciously or by neglect will be charged to the guests next day.
Linen is changed every fifth day from the starting day of accommodation and towels every third day.

Payment of additional services:
As required by law, all payments are processed in the national currency, which is the Bulgarian lev (BGN).

In order to comply with Bulgarian law, we collect information required for the registration of our guests with local law enforcement. The protection of your personal data is important to us. We appreciate your trust by choosing Dom Mladenovi and we follow the ensuing commitment to preserve the privacy of your personal information as mandated by the Personal Data Protection Act.
Hotel policy violations:
The hotel reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay due to disorderly conduct or policy violation, without refund or compensation for the remainder of a guest’s stay. All guests, employees, and tour operators are expected to adhere to the policies of our hotel.
