Your protection from Covid-19

General security rules

Dear guests,

The health and well-being of our guests and staff are paramount to us. It is our responsibility to help limit the spread of COVID-19 by fully complying with the recommendations and guidelines of the government, health care institutions, and medical experts. In this regard, we have adopted the following measures:

Additional disinfection: In addition to the manual disinfection of floors and surfaces in the rooms, disinfection is performed with a high-intensity ultraviolet source of UV-C radiation. The device is certified and intended for healthcare facilities, killing 99.9% of microorganisms in the air and on surfaces, including Covid-19. You can read more about UV-C disinfection and the specific device used here.
The daily cleaning of the rooms focuses on frequently touched surfaces and objects, e.g. remote controls, door and window handles, wardrobes, lighting switches, bathrooms, etc. Rooms are ventilated after each cleaning. Bed linen and towels are disinfected by a specialized laundry service and washed at a minimum of 60 C with the addition of detergent and disinfectant.

Hotel staff: Our employees observe strict personal hygiene and are equipped with protective equipment – masks, helmets, and gloves. They take care of the frequent disinfection of all common areas.

Social distancing: We have installed indicators for social distancing throughout the hotel. Please keep a distance between yourself and others – at least 1.5 meters.

Arrival / check-in: Guests are asked to inform us of their arrival time so that there is no congestion at check-in. We do not accommodate several people at the same time, unless they are members of one family. A disinfection station is provided at the entrance of our home— disinfection is required upon entering the hotel. All guests fill a declaration for reporting the appearance of symptoms, as required by the Ministry of tourism.
